HDPE PIPES (Sewerage)

IS 14333:1996

Natraj HDPE Pipes are used for sewerage and wastewater conveyance in urban, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects. They are suitable for carrying sewage, sullage and industrial wastewater through underground drainage networks, sewer lines and waste management systems.

Manufactured as per IS 14333:1996, Natraj HDPE Pipes are designed to handle demanding sewerage applications with reliable strength, flexibility and long-term performance. Available in diameters from 63 mm to 315 mm, the pipes offer resistance to corrosion, chemicals and abrasion, making them suitable for varied soil and wastewater conditions. The smooth inner surface supports efficient flow and helps reduce deposit build-up, while leak-resistant jointing helps prevent seepage and contamination. With durable construction and easier handling, Natraj HDPE Pipes provide a dependable solution for modern sewerage infrastructure.

*Diameters: Available from 63mm to 315mm, catering to a broad spectrum of sewerage infrastructure requirements.

*Material Grades: Manufactured in PE63, PE80, and PE100, each offering unique characteristics to meet various performance demands in sewerage applications.

Underground Sewer Mains

Used for buried sewer networks carrying wastewater from residential, commercial and municipal areas to treatment points.

House Service Sewers

Connects homes, apartments and buildings to main sewer lines with reliable flow and durable underground performance.

STP Inlet Lines

Carries sewage from collection networks to treatment plants, supporting smooth inlet flow and dependable operation.

Drainage Outfall Lines

Used to discharge treated wastewater or storm runoff from drains and plants to approved outfall locations.

Industrial Effluent Lines

Conveys non pressure effluent from factories and utility zones to collection pits, drains or treatment systems.

Manhole Interconnections

Links manholes and inspection chambers in sewer networks, helping maintain clear flow and easy access.

Reliable Sewerage Flow Performance

Designed for sewerage networks, HDPE pipes help carry wastewater and sewage through buried lines with dependable flow across municipal and building drainage systems.

Leak Resistant Fused Joints

Heat fused joints create a continuous pipeline, helping reduce leakage, seepage and groundwater entry in underground sewerage networks.

Corrosion And Chemical Resistance

HDPE resists corrosion, rust and many chemical effects found in sewage and soil, supporting long term performance in harsh underground conditions.

Smooth Bore Reduces Blockage

The smooth inner bore supports steady wastewater flow, reduces friction and helps limit deposit build up that may lead to choking or blockage.

Flexible For Buried Networks

HDPE flexibility helps pipelines adapt to soil movement, uneven trenches and site bends, reducing stress on underground sewer lines.

Durable Long Life Service

Built for demanding sewerage use, HDPE pipes support long service life in municipal, industrial and building wastewater networks.
