CPVC Pipes
For Hot and Cold Water Plumbing Systems
NATRAJ CPVC Pipes are manufactured using potable grade, lead free CPVC compound, making them safe for drinking water and ensuring they do not affect taste, colour or odour. These pipes are manufactured as per IS 15778 in SDR 11 and SDR 13.5 for hot and cold water plumbing systems. With service capability up to 82°C, CPVC offers strong resistance to corrosion, scaling and chemical attack, making it a dependable alternative to conventional piping materials. The range is available from ½″ to 2″ for easy handling and consistent flow performance.
SDR 11: Commonly used for higher duty plumbing lines where stronger pressure and temperature performance is required.
SDR 13.5: Preferred for regular hot and cold water plumbing networks with reliable long term service.
Solvent Cement Joints: NATRAJ CPVC Plumbing Pipes are supplied with plain ends and are joined with solvent cement type jointing. Proper importance is to be given for selection of CPVC Solvent Cement to ensure strong bonding and leak proof performance. Natraj CPVC solvent cement is best used for this process.
Natraj CPVC Plumbing Pipes are used across hot and cold water distribution systems, including:
-
Residential plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms and utility lines
-
Apartments and housing complexes for internal water supply risers and branches
-
Hospitals, schools, colleges and hospitality facilities where hygienic water delivery is critical
-
Commercial buildings, offices, malls and high rise structures with varying pressure zones
-
Solar water heater lines, geyser connections and boiler fed hot water systems
