CPVC Solvent Cement
Used for jointing CPVC Pipes and Fittings for hot and cold water applications.
NATRAJ CPVC Solvent Cement is specially formulated for joining CPVC pipes and fittings used in hot and cold water plumbing systems. It is designed to provide strong, durable and leak proof joints capable of handling elevated temperatures and pressure conditions.
The solvent cement is manufactured using high quality ingredients under controlled conditions to ensure consistent bonding performance and compatibility with CPVC piping systems.
NATRAJ CPVC Solvent Cement is suitable for residential, commercial and institutional plumbing installations where temperature resistance and joint reliability are critical.
PACK SIZE OPTIONS
CPVC SOLVENT CEMENT is available in the following pack sizes for hot and cold water plumbing applications
4 oz / 118 ml | 8 oz / 237 ml | 16 oz / 473 ml | 32 oz / 946 ml
Solvent cementing for CPVC involves chemically bonding the pipe and fitting surfaces using a specially formulated CPVC solvent cement.
This method creates a permanent joint that is capable of withstanding higher operating temperatures compared to UPVC systems, making it suitable for hot water plumbing applications.
The solvent penetrates and softens the mating surfaces of the CPVC pipe and fitting. Controlled softening allows the materials to fuse together when assembled.
As the solvent evaporates, the joint cures into a single continuous structure. The finished joint offers high strength, temperature resistance and long term reliability.
These joints are commonly used in hot and cold water plumbing networks in residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
Note: Performance values are based on laboratory conditions. Actual results may vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity, installation practices and pipe dimensions.
